Ticketing and Venue: • Implementation QA Life cycle in projects. • Strategy and design test cases. • Project estimation for testing and support activities (resources, cost and time schedule). • Monitoring and control activities during project execution. • Reporting to Project Manager for QA progress. • Colaborate with final product acceptance meetings as validation representative. • Define and implement validation activities related to the project. • Provide validation expertise for the development of the project.

Application developed inside FC Barcelona centered on the player knowledge. • Scouting • Learning • Training • Competition • Contractual • Medical Improve internal processes facilitating the interrelationship between departments and their workers. Exploitation of medical and sports data to periodically improve processes. Monthly defining new requirements for ease and quality of the recorded data. More than 250 users are actively contributing to the improvement (Collect, register, analysis and exploitation of COR data). Fully integrated with external data sources. Real time database synchronized with previous application GEM
